A. With our standard delivery, we aim to dispatch your order the same day, if you order before 4pm. This will be via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery or Evri. Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st class orders next day, however this is just an aim and we advise a 2-5 day delivery is a possibility.

A. We are pleased to now offer Royal Mail Special next day delivery for just £5.95. To qualify, orders must be placed by 4pm, and next day special delivery selected at the checkout.
Monday to Thursday your items are sent guaranteed next day, however Fridays we cannot guarantee next day. There is a chance that Royal Mail will deliver on a Saturday, but we can only guarantee a Monday delivery.
If you would like a Saturday delivery please select the “Saturday Next Day Delivery”.

In the event of a lost item, a refund could take up to a maximum of 10 days from posting, before being processed. This is purely for items to be classified as lost, with which we can then make an insurance claim.
