*OUR ONLINE CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY*
All purchases made pre Christmas from November 15th 2022 will have the exchange period extended from the usual 28 days until the 22nd of January. Christmas gifts may be returned for exchange as long as they are in the original new condition with the original tags attached.
Any items bought after Christmas Day will then be subject to our standard 28 day returns policy (14 Days for sale items).
Returns: You have 28 calendar days to return an item (14 Days for sale items) from the date you received it. If the goods are not received back within the 28 day period, we will issue a credit on account for any goods received after the 28 day returns period has ended.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
A returns form will be supplied with your order. In the case you need another copy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of faulty goods. In all other cases, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us.
